I realise that the service is either under funded or due to under funding is under staffed as waiting times for counselling is quite long. Excellent service given by excellent staff.

Additional sessions given as required. I was made to feel very comfortable by my counsellor and developed a good relationship with her over the weeks/months. I was given excellent support through the first year of my bereavement and information about other services available as required.
